Travel Expenses
Travel time charged at 50% of treatment session rate
Mileage is charged at 50p per mile.
Payment
Invoices are issued at the end of each calendar month
Payment of invoice due by the end of the following calendar month
Interest at 8% per annum will be added to invoices that are not paid by the due date
Payment accepted by cheque or by BACS Transfer
Cancellations
There are no charges for cancellations made over 24 hours prior to appointment
For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours there is no charge for the first cancellation for each client. Subsequent cancellations will incur a charge for the amount of the treatment session booked and the travel time. Mileage will also be charged if the appointment is cancelled after I have travelled to the client’s home.
